Coaching Journey
ADHD coaching is a practical, forward-focused partnership. We work together to explore what’s getting in your way, reconnect with your strengths, and create real-life strategies that support how your brain works.
Unlike therapy, coaching doesn’t focus on the past or mental health diagnoses. And unlike mentoring, I’m not here to give you all the answers- I’m here to help you find the ones that work for you.
Not at all. Some of my clients are self-identified or exploring whether they might have ADHD. If you resonate with the challenges ADHD can bring, you’re welcome here- diagnosis or not.
That’s the beauty of coaching- it’s completely tailored to you. Common areas include:
Time management and organisation
Procrastination and follow-through
Planning and prioritising
Routines that actually stick
Perfectionism, people-pleasing, or burnout
Building self-trust and emotional resilience
You don’t need to have it all figured out- we’ll explore together.
We’ll check in on how your week was and how you went on the actions or strategies you agreed upon the week before.
We’ll establish our coaching focus for the session. This could be something currently pressing, or a piece of a long-term goal or project.
We’ll explore the topic together.
We’ll create an action plan that takes into account what you know about yourself, and anything that might get in your way.
We’ll chat about accountability
We’ll recap and highlight new insights gained in the session.
Yes! If you’re employed or self-employed in the UK and your ADHD affects your work, you may be eligible for funded ADHD coaching through the Access to Work scheme. It’s a government programme that covers support like coaching to help you thrive at work. Click here to learn how to apply.
That really depends on what you’d like to focus on and how deep you want to go. Some clients work with me for a few months to tackle a specific challenge. Others choose longer-term support to create more sustainable change across different areas of life.
Because ADHD brains often need time, repetition, and support for new habits to stick, 3–5 months of consistent coaching is a common starting point. That gives us space to experiment, adjust, and build the momentum you need. We’ll always review together to make sure it’s the right fit for you.
It’s okay to be unsure- starting something new can feel like a big step. That’s why I offer a complimentary discovery call so we can explore your current challenges, answer any questions, and talk about what coaching might look like.
There’s no obligation, no pressure, no sales pitch - it’s simply a space to see if we’re a good match.
Absolutely. Everything we talk about in coaching stays between us, unless there’s a rare safety or legal issue that requires action. I’ll always explain those boundaries clearly upfront. This is your space to speak openly, and your privacy is a priority.
I ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
I understand that life happens, however, late cancellations or missed sessions will be charged in full as that time has been set aside for you. I appreciate your understanding and consideration.
Yes! All sessions are phone based, allowing to join from wherever you are. I work with ADHDers from all over the world. Just note that Access to Work funding is only available to those working in the UK.
I accept Klarna (e.g. pay later in 30 days, or split into 3 monthly instalments, depending on Klarna’s options at checkout).
