Kristina Stromberg
Adult ADHD Coach
Hi, I’m Kristina, and I help women with ADHD find clarity, confidence, and calm-without the shame or overwhelm.
I was diagnosed with ADHD thirteen years ago at the age of 38.
For years, I felt like I was navigating life with the wrong map. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t keep up. I saw others thriving, ticking off their goals with ease, and I was left wondering what was wrong with me.
My diagnosis changed my life. But it was only the beginning of my transformation.
Since then, I’ve spent years learning how to work with my brain, not against it. I’ve rebuilt my systems, changed my self-talk, and slowly replaced internalised shame with self-compassion. My life is much calmer, more aligned, and far more sustainable.
And now, I support other women on that same journey.
I’ve trained with the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), the global leader in ADHD Education, completing their Simply ADHD and Personal Transformation courses - programs grounded in neuroscience, empathy, and real-life application. I combine that training, and ongoing professional development in the field of ADHD, with over 50 years of lived experience
navigating ADHD myself, so I can support my clients with genuine understanding and grounded, practical tools.
My approach is compassionate, non-judgemental, and collaborative.
Whether you were diagnosed recently or have just started to suspect you have ADHD, I’m here to help you untangle the chaos, reconnect with your strengths, and create a life that works for you.
