For so many of us, life has felt like a constant battle with our own mind — pushing, masking, trying to keep up, and wondering why everything feels harder than it “should.”
I guide women just like you through a transformational coaching experience that brings clarity, gentleness, and confidence back into your life. Women who have spent years, sometimes decades, feeling overwhelmed and misunderstood.


Before coaching, I constantly felt like I was falling behind in life. I was newly diagnosed and overwhelmed by all the ‘shoulds.’ Working with Kristina was like someone finally switched the light on. She didn’t just understand ADHD, she understood me. Her compassion, humour, and real-life strategies helped me get organised without losing who I am. I now have systems that actually work for my brain, and more importantly, I feel hopeful again.

Coaching with Kristina has given me permission to take the mask off. I’ve spent most of my life trying to hide how hard things were, especially as a mum and business owner. Her approach has helped me recognise my ADHD strengths, and I’ve made peace with the way my brain works. I now feel more confident, calmer, and even excited about the future.
