This 3-month journey is designed to support deep, sustainable change- because true transformation doesn’t happen overnight.
Research shows that it takes 3–5 months to break old habits and establish new ones. With consistent support over 12 weeks, you’ll have time to experiment, adjust, and fully integrate new ways of thinking, feeling, and doing.
